epitire fan and kathleen sebelius and congress. they want out of obama care, while they insist i get it, they don't want to seem selfish and put themselves on it, but i found things to love about obama care after all. no kidding, you know what, i found out under obama care, i am going to have dental coverage for children. i saw this spot by delta dental from virginia. >> okay, okay. >> great, great. weather where would you like the baby car seat. >> no, i don't have kids. >> it doesn't matter the government said you have to buy it. >> where should i put. it >> smile, smile. >> yeah, you know the fact that my own children are grown and on theiron and have their own children is immaterial. i am man dated to carry dental insurance for the children we don't have. and while you think that is unnecessary, i found out under obama care, i also have maternitiy benefits. yes, (applause) it is man dated and so i am going to have it whether i ask for it or not. some people complain the government forcing me to buy something i can't or don't need much i am a glass half full. i so it as a good thing.

medicaid, medical expansion. >> i know the government said it wasn't kathleen sebelius' job to make the website run right because they're not i.t. experts. you can't blame them for this botched launch. this botched launch is a self-inflicted wound by the president. it shows just how disconnected he's been, and he's undercut his best arguments for having a progressive, engaged federal government. and i think we're going to see not only is he going to continue to have i.t. problems on the website, he's also going to continue to have problems as we roll this out and we find out there are winners and losers in obama care. that's not a shock to us, but the president has been promising for four years we were going to get 31 million people on the new rolls and everyone is going to be happy. >> we're not even 30 days into the implementation yet. i know republicans want to deep-six this thing but it's not going to happen. the president will get this right. >> the article that talks about sticker shock, i don't think the republicans are running the editorial page of the l.a. times. you're als

he does and if kathleen sebelius has time to go to cocktail parties which she does, then todd park ought to have cometime to come to tell people he works for why they got such a poor product after spending half a billion dollars and three years. bill: do you expect that money to go higher? how much more do they need to spend to get it right? >> if they want the product to work they will have to spend. the first half a billion dollars didn't get the job done. to say it's a train wreck is an insult to train wrecks. it is doing very, very poorly. yes, it needs to be fixed. how much more money? who knows. that is one of the things hopefully someone will ask mr. park this week. bill: enrollment numbers are expected this week. i don't know if it is midweek or end of this week but what is your expectations when it comes to the enrollment numbers? >> well, bill, if the enrollment numbers were good we would already have them. you and i both know that they are going to be dismal. the last estimate i saw was 1100 a people a day. i was not good in math but at 313 million people in the country,
